ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are always seeking fun, upbeat individuals to join our team at Manhatchet at our Manhattan KS Axe Throwing venue. Our ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and can communicate well with customers and staff.

The following Coaching duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service – greet & coach customers
• Study and fully understand all safety protocol information (provided) and be able to pass the safety certification test
• Ensure proper safety & training of all customers
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of facility & equipment
• Maintain inventory of food & beverages, merchandise, and facility equipment
• Assist in completing all opening and closing procedures
• Adhere to all rules and regulations regarding dispensing and selling alcohol (if applicable)
• Answer phone calls, return voicemails, and respond to emails professionally

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Applicant must be 18 years or older
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to adapt, problem solve, and feel comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills

• No prior knowledge of axe throwing needed
